WBNA Enews 4.15.2010

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The 28th Annual WBNA Spring Clean up has been rescheduled for Sunday April 18th  due to inclement weather predicted for Saturday. (In the event of continued bad weather on Sunday we are asking all neighbors to do their part and clean up in front of their houses and their streets)

The BBQ will be held on Sunday at the WBNA after the clean up weather permitting.

Team Captains, Friends & Neighbors

Please follow these simple instructions below:

  • We are urging everyone participating in the clean up to sweep as much debris onto the street. Please remember to “edge the curbs” with a straight shovel to ensure the sweeper picks up all the debris.
  • Make sure to place bags (not too heavy please!) at visible street corners for easier garbage pickup on Monday.
  • If you have a green barrel which is underutilized please use this for litter & leaf debris.
  • The roads will be swept on Monday (19th) night by the DPW.
  • There will be a “special garbage pick up” on Monday afternoon for pickup of trash left at the street corners.

Hopefully most of you can still make it on Sunday unfortunately we could not control mother nature this year!!!!

Thank You,

Kurt Bodnar & Jean Poehler
