PUBLIC MEETING to discuss planned improvements to Luongo/Decatur Square TUESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2011 7:00PM At the WBNA Headquarters, 1560 Westminster Street The Champlin Foundations recently awarded the WBNA $75,000 for a working “horse trough” fountain that will replicate what had once been in the square. This will complement the enhancements that are planned for the square as a part of a RI Department of Transportation Enhancement grant the WBNA was awarded in the early 2000s that will be constructed this spring and summer. The Providence Department of Planning and Development and Fuss & O’Neill, Inc. will be presenting these plans for the public’s review.
