Historic House Tour: Courts and Cottages

The West Side is home to some of Providence's grandest examples of Victorian architecture. But it also has its secret stashes of historic cottages and smaller homes that make big contributions to the character and vitality of our urban landscape.

WBNA Historic House Tour: Courts & Cottages celebrates these charming smaller homes of the Armory District and the quiet hidden courts and side streets on which they reside. This self-guided tour invites you inside ten of these unique heritage properties that make the West Side such an intriguing place to live and visit.

Our smallest houses can be the sweetest, cutest and coziest. They can also be the most efficient and green, demonstrating concretely that urban living, historic preservation, and sustainability can coexist and thrive together. The tour will include each house's green features, whether they be a solar panel array, gardens or a chicken coop.

Enjoy the West Side of Providence while supporting the West Broadway Neighborhood Association in its largest fundraiser of the year!
